LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE Notice is given that we Boysenberry Food Group Ltd of 59 New Chester Road, New Ferry, CH62 1AB have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Boysenberry, of 59 New Chester Road, New Ferry, CH62 1AB for the following Licensable Activities: Nature of Licensable Activity: Sale of alcohol by retail. Days and Hours Requested: Monday Saturday 8.00 17.00. Extended hours of licensable activity needed from 0800-2000 on no more than 10 days in November and December in the run up to Christmas. A full copy of the above application is kept by the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey. The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 10.00am to 4.30pm except bank holidays. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey, no later than 13th November 2020 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
