LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that David Daniel Nicholas Doyle & Victor Norman Baker of Thirty Six Beer Garden, 30-32 Conway Street, Birkenhead CH41 6JD have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: Thirty Six Beer Garden of 30-32 Conway Street, Birkenhead CH41 6JD for the following Licensable Activities:- Nature of Licensable Activity and Day and Hours Required: Live & Recorded Music - Mon to Sun 10:00 - 04:00. Dancing - Mon to Sun 10:00 - 04:00. Televised Events - Mon to Sun 10:00 - 04:00. Late Night Refreshment - Mon to Sun 23:00 - 04:00. Supply of Alcohol On & Off Premises - Mon to Sun 10:00 - 04:00. Hours open to Public - Mon to Sun 10:00 - 04:30. A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 24th July 2020. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Date Friday 26th June 2020.
