MAVIS OGDEN (Née King) 23.03.1928 - 17.02.2019 Mavis's son, Peter, and his family, wish to sincerely thank all their relatives, together with Mavis's many friends, former work colleagues and neighbours who attended her funeral service at Emmanuel Church, for their very kind expressions of sympathy, cards of condolence and words of comfort about "a lovely lady", following her recent passing. Our thanks also go to the Reverend Heather Atkinson for her support and comforting service. In addition we greatly appreciate the sympathetic, sensitive and professional service provided by funeral directors Kenna and Turner for their handling of all of the arrangements. A fine reception was provided at the Grove House Hotel where Mavis enjoyed many occasions over the years with family and friends. Cancer Research UK and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust will benefit from the generosity of those who knew Mavis. Thank you.
