CATHERINE HUMPHREYS Many thanks to all those that joined us to say goodbye at Catherine's funeral and for the many and comforting messages received. We are also very grateful for the generous donations pledged to the British Heart Foundation in Catherine's memory. We would also like to thank all the dedicated people who cared for Catherine including the team at Salford Royal, LCH Broadgreen Hospital, Healthcare at Home, Arrowe Park Hospital and the Practice Team at Commonfield Road Surgery. Thanks also to Karen and Robert Quinn Funeral Directors for your compassionate service and to Rev Gerard Boyle for a beautiful rosary and funeral mass. We are forever grateful for all the support we've received during these very difficult days and are all very proud of Catherine's wonderful legacy. John, Rachael and Katie.
