Peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family aged 67 years.
 
A much loved husband, dad,

grandad, brother and uncle
who will be sadly missed by

  all his loving family and friends.

To the world you were one man,

Patrick's funeral mass is to take place at St. Joseph's Church, Birkenhead on Tuesday 26th January 2016 at 2.00pm followed by cremation at Landican South Chapel at 3.30pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to either Wirral Holistic Centre or Maggie's (Clatterbridge Cancer Centre)
