HORTON Susan 'Sue' Passed away peacefully aged 74 years. Loving Mum to Justine, Emma and Kristian and devoted Nan to Luke, Conor, Sadie Grace, Declan, Aiden, James, Thomas and Jessica. A funeral mass will take place on Friday 8th July at St Werburgh's Church, Birkenhead at 1:00pm followed by a cremation service at Landican Crematorium North Chapel at 2:30pm.
