HAWKINS Robert 'Bob' William Much loved Brother of Betty and Uncle to Mike, Dave, Les and Derek. Funeral will take place Thursday 3rd February at 2pm at Landican Centre Chapel. A very keen and active sportsman, Bob will be particularly missed by the Wirral Table Tennis fraternity, and Caldy Cricket Club. Donations in memory of Bob to the N.S.P.C.C C/o J W Bell Funeral Directors.

I had the privilege to play cricket with Gunner at Calday and only heard of his passing today (August 2023), when I was regaling my partner and her family with a story of one of his famous 5 wicket hauls!
Always had a lot of time for Bob and thought he was a great character.
He'll be missed by many.
