PRESCOTT Patricia 28.10.29 07.10.21 Passed away peacefully at Arrowe Park Hospital surrounded by her family. Loving Mum to Alan, David (deceased) and Pam Mother-in-Law to Sandra, Chris and Garry Will be loved and missed by all her Grand Children, Great Grand Children and Great Great Grand Children. Funeral service to be held at Landican Crematorium Centre Chapel On Wednesday 20th October at 2pm. Family flowers only please.
