Dad
If I could write a story it would be the greatest ever told,
of a kind and loving Dad who had a heart of gold.
I could write a million pages but still be unable to say,
just how much I love and miss him every single day.
I will remember all he taught me, I’m hurt but won’t be sad,
because he will send me down the answers and he’ll always be MY DAD.

I can’t believe you’ve gone Dad,
I can’t believe it’s true,
the night we said Goodnight God bless,
I could only think of you.
We had oh such a special bond which will never fade away,
because I know you will be with me, until my dying day.

then that special bond we always had, will reconnect again.
Now have a nice sleep Dad, free from any pain,

on Friday 11th September at 12 noon,
followed by committal at Landican South Chapel at 1:00pm.
Refreshments at St Joseph’s Centre, Greenbank Road at 1:45pm.
