PETER BOOTH Aged 87 years Died of medical complications on the 11th May 2020 in Arrowe Park Hospital. He was married to Kathleen Frances Booth, and was father to Nicholas, Peter and Marian. Peter worked as a Youth and Community Officer for Walton Youth Centre and later for the Inveralmond Community High School in Scotland. He was an active member of the RSA having served in the RAF. He developed many close and long-lasting friendships, always willing and eager to offer a helping hand at every opportunity. He was a legend in his road where he lived for 60 years, one neighbour commenting that his passing marked the end of an era. A greatly loved husband and father, kind and generous of heart, blessed with seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren who he absolutely adored, he will be deeply missed. Now at peace with the Lord, he is survived by his eldest son. Funeral service at Ss Peter & Paul and St Philomena Church, New Brighton on Friday 31st July 2020 at 12:00 noon, followed by interment at Frankby Cemetery, Frankby.

To Nick and all the family, we are so sorry to hear about your dad, Pete was a fantastic gentleman and I have fond memories of him both as a child and now an adult, Keith and I were honoured to know him. May he rest peaceful.
