WILLIAM VICTOR MOSS 'Billy' 31.12.1946 - 13.03.2020 Passed away at home. Much loved husband of Ann, dad to Philip, David and partner Paula, brother to Linda and a loving grandad and uncle. Billy's funeral is to take place at Landican South Chapel on Friday 3rd April 2020 at 11.30am. No flowers by request please but donations if desired to North West Air Ambulance.
