PAT McLACHLAN 23d November 2019 Peacefully, at Woodheath Nursing Home, aged 85 years. Dearly loved wife of Don, mum of Roy and Phil, mother-in-law of Audrey and Pam and grandmother of Kirsty, Heather and Jenny. Service and cremation at Landican Crematorium on Monday 16th December at 12.00pm. A splash of colour may be worn to celebrate Pat's life.
