LINDA SLEMMEN 06.06.1952 - 08.08.2019 Sadly passed away at Arrowe Park Hospital aged 67 years with her daughter-in-law by her side. Beloved Mum of Kevin, and "Chocolate Nan" to all her grandchildren. Now re-united with her beautiful daughter Ann Marie. Will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. Until We Meet Again.... Those special memories of you will always bring a smile, if only I could have you back for just a little while. Then we could sit and talk again, just like we used to do, you always meant so very much and always will do too. The fact that you're no longer here will always cause me pain, but you're forever in my heart, until we meet again. Funeral to be held at 2.15pm on Tuesday 20th August at St.Werburgh's Church, followed by Landican at 3.20pm. All welcome to Mackenzies in Birkenhead afterwards.
