NICHOLLS

‘Betty’

28.06.1945 – 09.06.2019

Mum

We little knew the day that God was going to call your name,

in life we loved you dearly in death we do the same.

It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn’t go alone,

for part of us went with you the day God called you home.

You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide,

and though we cannot see you, you’re always by our side.

Our family chain is broken and nothing seems the same,

but as God calls us one by one the chain will link again.

Broken hearted son Paul and Sharon,

grandchildren Paul and Sarah,

great grandchildren Joel and Olivia.

Mum

You were patient, kind and true,

no other one could take the place of you.

You never ask for nothing in return,

As I look upon your picture, sweet memories

I recall of a face so full of sunshine.

Mum, you were my best friend and at times my only friend.

No one will ever know quite how I feel inside

the day you left Mum I died with you.

R.I.P.

Broken hearted daughter Paula, grandkids Tony, Tyson & Jack.

Mum

She was a mum so very rare,

content in her home and always there.

On earth she toiled, in Heaven she rests,

God bless you Mum, you were the best.

Love always, Graham.

Betty

I thought of you with love today but that is nothing new,

I thought about you yesterday and days before that too.

I think of you in silence I often speak your name,

all I have are memories and your picture in a frame.

Your memory is my keepsake with which I’ll never part,

God has you in his keeping, I have you in my heart.

Love you always, Frank.

Sister Betty

I thought we’d be together forever and a day,

my heart is broken badly cos you’ve had to go away.

I know now you are happy with the people that you love,

and we will meet again my sister in that great place up above.

Your loving sister Carole and brother Docker.

Auntie Betty

Those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us every day.

Unseen, unheard but always near, still loved, still missed and always dear.
