Death Notices & Obituaries

Ryan James Atherton

23rd February 2019
Aged 30 years.

This just don’t seem real to me.
But one thing I do know
is that when you love,
you love with all your heart.
You’re a loyal, caring, passionate
person just like me.
Feels like you are
sleeping and your gonna wake up.
Love always, Mum. x x x

You gave no one a last farewell,
nor ever said “Goodbye”,
you were gone before we knew it,
and only God knows why.
A million times we will miss you,
a million times we will cry,
if love alone could have saved you,
you never would have died.
In life we loved you dearly,
in death we love you still,
in our hearts you hold a place
no one else can fill.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
but you did not go alone,
for part of us went with you
the day God took you home.
We will meet again some day
I know in a better place,
I thank God He made your our brother.
We love you Ryan forever.
Liam, Lewis and Sharna. x x x

My world.
I thought of you today,
but that is nothing new,
I thought about you yesterday
and days before that too.
I think of you in silence,
I often speak your name,
all I have are memories
and your picture in a frame.
Your memory is a keepsake,
from which I’ll never part,
God has you in His arms,
I have you in my heart.
I’ll hold our memories forever
and our children I will treasure.
Always on my mind,
forever in my heart.
Love you always and forever
your broken hearted
girlfriend Nichole.  x x x

Our Daddy
If I could write a story,
it would be the greatest told,
of a kind and loving father
who had a heart of gold.
I could write a million pages
but still be unable to say,
just how much I love you
and miss you every single day.
I will remember all he taught me,
I’m hurt but won’t be sad
as he’ll send me down the answers
and he’ll always be our Dad.
Love you all the moon and back,
your beautiful children
Mason and Luna-Rae.   x x x

You were the centre of our world.
A grandson held so dear,
but now that world is shattered
and you’re no longer here,
but all you need to know today
is how much joy you brought,
you brightened every moment
though your life was far too short.
You were loved completely
from the day that you were born
and no one could imagine
such a dreadful day would dawn.
But memories are wonderful,
and though they still bring pain,
they give us hope and keep us strong
until we meet again.
Broken hearted Nan.  x x x

Deep in the earth lies a picture
of a loved one laid to rest,
in memory’s frame we shall keep it
because Ryan was one of the best.

Claudine, Jack, Magan and Tom. x x x

No farewell words were spoken,
no time to say “Goodbye”,
you were gone before we knew it
and only God knows why.
I am absolutely heartbroken.
You will be in my thoughts
and my heart forever.
Love you Bro,
Stewart and Dollymay. x x x

You were like a son to me.
The fact that you are

until we meet again.
