CECELIA RATCLIFFE (Hackett) 29.11.1960 - 06.02.2019 Aged 58 Years Passed away peacefully in hospital. Now reunited with her mother and father and beloved son. She was an amazing wife, mum and sister and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. My special sister Cecelia and best mate, taken too soon. Loved and missed always. Tony & Susan. x x Funeral service will be held at 12.00pm at Holy Apostles and Martyrs' Parish Church (English Martyrs'), then the burial will be at Frankby Cemetery.
