ANDREW McDONNELL (Andy) 25th January 2019 Aged 100 years. It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Andy. Beloved husband of Lena for the past 75 years. Father to John, Pat, Bob, Vincie, Bridie. Daughters-in-law Anne, Pauline, Linda, Sheldene, sons-in-law Padraig, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Andy passed away peacefully after a short stay in hospital with his family around him. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends alike, but his wonderful "sayings," "songs" and love will remain with us forever. A Special Gentleman Those we love don't go away, They walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved, still missed, and very dear. Rest in peace Andy. The Rosary will be offered for Andy in the Chapel Of Rest at Charles Stephens Funeral Directors, 146 Allport Road, Bromborough Wirral, CH62 6BB on Wednesday 20th February at 7.00pm. Funeral Mass on Monday 25th February at Christ The King Church, Bromborough, Wirral CH62 6AT at 11.00am followed by a cremation service at Landican Crematorium, South Chapel, Arrow Park Road, Birkenhead, CH49 5LW at 12.30pm. Refreshments will be held afterwards at Knockaloe Hall, Bridle Road, Bromborough, CH62 6AR to celebrate Andy's wonderful long, healthy, and happy life. Family flowers only please.
