FRANCIS DEVLIN 'Frank' Passed away at Arrowe Park Hospital on 4th December 2018, aged 91 years. Loving husband of Eileen. Devoted father to Ann, Peter, Eileen and Chris. Father-in-law to John, Jacquie and Robbie. Cherished grandfather of Steven, Laura, Jessica, Darren & Kayleigh, as well as great-grandfather to Ellington, Penelope and Lilah.
