Son
It was a sudden parting,
too bitter to forget,
we so, so loved you dearly,
we never will forget.
Our only regret is we
never got to say Goodbye
before you had to leave us
and close your beautiful eyes.
Love you always,
Mum and Dad x x
Brother
You closed your eyes,
God took your hand
and left us trying to understand.
We speak your name
with love and pride,
although we feel the pain
inside but you were
‘Our John’ and we loved
you so. You’ll be in our
thoughts every day
and in our hearts
you will always stay.
We love you John,
Goodnight, God bless.
Sister Joanne, Dave,
Kaya, Sol and Nubia. x x
Brother
Brother, you went away so suddenly,
no time to say Goodbye,
but brothers can’t be parted
precious memories never die.
Sleep tight John,
Alan and Faye. x x x
Uncle
Of all the many blessings,
however great or small,
to have had you for an Uncle,
was the greatest one of all.
Love, God bless,
Kaya, Rhys, Cole, Lily,
Elsie, Polly and Bubia. x x x
Goodnight, God bless John,
love you,
Auntie Pat. x
Our John Legend
Look around your garden Lord
and find the John we love.
Put your arms around him,
we only wish we could.
See you later John.
Love always,
Shirley and kids. x x x
Make your own kind of music
up there our John.
God bless you.
Love Patsy, Baz, Steven,
Andy, Claire, Cathy
and families. x x x
