JACK DADE 4th October 2018 Aged 89 years In Arrowe Park Hospital, with his family by his side. Re-united with his wife Cicely, loving dad, grandad & great grandad. Greatly missed by family and friends. Funeral service at Christchurch, Moreton on Monday 29th October at 11.15am, followed by cremation at Landican.
