Passed away peacefully in hospital

aged 84 years.

A loving wife to Ron, mum to Valerie, Jackie and Neil

and a wonderful nan, great-nan and aunty who will be sadly

missed by all her loving family and friends.

Patricia's funeral service and cremation is to take place at

Landican South Chapel on Tuesday 14th November 2017 at 12.30pm.

Family flowers only please but donations if desired to

Claire House Children's Hospice.
