RE: 'Column is delayed' (Wirral Globe, June 27).
Well done Arts Council for wasting money on this pointless, and very late 'piece of art'.
At the same time you refused to support the second Festival of Firsts community arts project which has now started!
This event brings local people, of all ages, alongside National and International performers and artists.
But you have wasted an opportunity and money on what I consider to be a 'con'!
