Report Wirral's irresponsible dog owners

I write in disgust at the increase of the amount of dog muck left outside the local primary school.
The public footpath outside of Brookhurst Primary School in Bromborough has become no less than a dogs’ toilet! Regularly, irresponsible dog owners are not cleaning up after their dogs to the cost of the pupils at the school.
Monday was particularly bad and unsuspecting parents and children walked through the mess and carried into the brand new pre-school setting (Stepping Stones) soiling new floors and carpets.
I appeal to local residents to report this behaviour in a bid to bring an end to this disgusting mess.
