How refreshing: Wallasey's polite hooligans!

A crowd of boys were loitering and blocking the path in Liscard.
One shouted at the others to move aside and to let the lady through. They moved and apologised for obstructing my way.
A few minutes later there was a loud crash and a bang, clearly the result of some mischief, and they all came charging past me.
One of them banged into my shoulder and, as they all disappeared into the night, the last thing I heard was him shouting “sorry, Miss.”
How refreshing to come across such polite hooligans!
