REGARDING your recent article headlined Workers going hungry.
This article has nothing to do with food – it's an attack on zero hour contracts which were introduced by Labour, the duplicity is breathtaking.
Some 85 per cent of people on these hours confirmed they are happy with the current status.
Many of whom are mums, students and the disabled working around their family needs or, earning money for their education, or just simply having the opportunity to work.
Forcing employers to give fixed term contracts will put many people out of work given the same hours and would still leave them hungry.
