£124,000 to keep alleyways clear – really!
The houses that back on to these alleyways are all provided with bins just like every other resident in Wirral.
Just because they are too idle and selfish to clean up their own mess why should money be spent like this when it should be spent on our elderly and disabled.
These are probably the same people who block up A&E with their sore throats and colds instead of going to their GPs – wake up you lazy selfish people!
