SINCE early October 2015, when two street lamps failed, our house in a corner of a small T-shaped cul- de-sac, has been completely in the dark.
I have reported this online and by phone very many times and watched as the advertised three- weekly review of the list changed quietly to a six-weekly review.
It was salt in the wound when on January 21, Streetscene operatives came and replaced the light unit in a working lamp. A neighbour alerted them but nothing else was done.
