I WISH to add my voice to the signage issue between the council (via a complaint) and Hawkes and Wright, now at a new site on the entrance road of the Clay Hill Industrial Estate.

The word "industrial" is key in this nonsense.

The signs in question are clean, weatherproof, and explicit in the car services they are professionally trained to do.

They are fixed to their own property. They are not on the main thoroughfare to Neston.

They don't display A-boards and don't have strings of bunting flying in the breeze.

Every business surely has the right to advertise its wares.

Their work is to the highest degree, as is their customer relations.

I hope the council rethinks their objections, and encourage this business to flourish, instead of this impasse which is so unnecessary.
