No need to raise Wirral hospital car parking charges
REGARDING your recent story concerning an increase in hospital car parking charges; when I spent a while in hospital in 2012 I looked forward to seeing visitors every evening and was grateful that a friend visited on the nights my relatives were unable to attend.

Instead of increasing hospital car parking fees, possibly people should be encouraged to experiment with interactive computer-video packages such as Skype when considering making long journeys to visit friends and relatives.
