I WOULD like to know what the council is thinking by closing down Hamilton Buildings' reception area, meaning people lost jobs and the building and staff are put at risk?
The building is used by the general public daily and they have replaced people with a plastered wall!
A deaf person was expected to use a telephone to call someone the other day – it's a joke.
What’s worse is they try to save money with these stupid, ill-thought out ideas, only then to knock down another wall on the other side of the reception area, to create ... wait for it ... a reception area.
Where is the logic?
I would love to know. Another example of how our council wastes our money.
