I AM emailing you because of a moronic lack of common sense when it comes to the removal of a bin full of baby's nappies.

I have just come off the telephone from Cheshire West Council who are refusing to take away a bin full of used baby’s nappies.

Unwittingly I left a 10cm square piece of plasterboard in my bin on Monday and after three days of complaints to the council, as to why my bin remains unemptied, I have been informed – by one of the rudest, most patronising and utterly dilatory individuals I have ever spoken to – that the 10cm square of plasterboard constitutes “hazardous waste” and because of that I have to keep a bin of used baby nappies until next collection.

I pointed out how vile and disgusting the bin’s state will be in another two weeks but apparently baby poo isn't hazardous?

This, as you probably understand, isn’t acceptable.
