THE saying goes 'give a dog a bad name' – and they certainly are getting one now after all the animal 'racism' in Globe Mailbox.
Streetscene's latest idea of holding dog DNA on record sounds plausible, as unlike cats, dogs are indiscriminate foulers, not having a set ‘excrement’ territory as cats do.
Many cat owners let their excrement machines out all night, allowing them to roam their set territory and leave their disgusting faeces time after time in the same gardens, which they deem as their toilet.
Come on Streetscene, DNA those fouling cats, make the owners responsible for their animals as well, giving neighbours a rest from persistent excrement in their gardens with the high potential of them or their children catching some dangerous decease.
