I WORK for the NHS, as did my mum, aunts and cousins.

Over the years I have seen many changes but none which have caused such devastation as the recent health care bill.

This has resulted in it being carved up and sold to the highest bidder.

The public has invested in the NHS and now these private companies are desperate to reap the profits for their shareholders.

I will be joining others to get people to sign up to save our NHS because the NHS is in crisis.

Politicians have ignored the doctors and nurses on the frontline, and turned their back on the principle of a NHS owned by all of us that works to save lives, not make money.

We need a realistic budget for the NHS. We need an end to internal competition and privatisation.

We need politicians to know they’re being watched by millions of us who'll fight to protect our NHS. It is time for us to ensure the future of a free NHS for all.
