CAN anyone explain to me why on earth dog walkers pick up the mess made by their pets – and then throw the bag into the nearest bush?

On a walk this weekend along the Wirral Way, I decided to go on a "litter pick".

I must have removed two dozen dog-poo bags in just a small section.

Can anyone explain the logic behind throwing these bags away, or even worse, hanging them on a tree?

I, for one, cannot understand the logic behind these actions.
