Integrity is a key element
I WAS dumbfounded to read on the Globe's website that "data integrity" appeared to have been an oversight on Wirral Council's computer systems.
It was as if it had been the last thing that had been considered when the systems were installed.
For the first time in a long time I found myself agreeing with a Tory politician, who said it should have been the "absolute keystone" of the installation.
