AS A resident in Seacombe, I feel compelled to contact you in connection with the disgusting state of the roads and entries in our area, many of which look as though they have not been cleaned for many months.
I travel regularly across Wirral, and other areas do not suffer this problem, so it clearly cannot be caused by lack of resources.
It makes me angry that to think we have three locally-elected councillors in Seacombe who do not seem unable to ensure our area receives the same cleanliness regime as elsewhere.
Long-suffering residents deserve better from their representatives. Why do we elect and pay these councillors hard-earned tax money when they can’t even see the filth they preside over?
