Thanks to helpful Wirral postie
I RECENTLY missed a parcel I needed for my holidays and my regular postman delivered a package and so knew I was in.
When he saw the Royal Mail parcel post and realised I had missed it he collected the parcel – even though it was not his responsibility to deliver it – and brought it back to me, saving me a trip to the collection point on the day I was due to go away.
He always has a cheery word and is a pleasure to see. many thanks.
He is a great ambassador for Royal Mail.
