FORGIVE me if this is wrong, but I understand each of us may have to pay £10 each month for an NHS GP.

This would prove a great struggle for some of us, especially those with large families.

It might be a better idea if GPs fine these people who could have used common sense, or the advice from their pharmacist, instead of taking up GPs valuable time, when needed for more serious complaints.

It might be nice if those who never darken the doors of GP surgeries were given a little bonus at the end of the year for their consideration.
