I AM dreading the summer holidays as I am just getting a taste of what’s ahead with the current school half-term breaks.
I live in between two parks and a large pitch of grass that are all within walking distance from my home – yet the neighbours' children insist on playing football in my concrete driveway and on the street.
I wouldn't mind, but this goes on for hours and the constant thud of the football becomes unbearable.
I cannot open my windows during the nice weather due to the noise.
I am sure their parents would be the first to complain if there were no parks or playing fields in the area.
Please give a thought for your neighbours and have your children use the facilities the council have provided.
