REGARDING Byrne Avenue Baths; all of our family used to go to get a weekly bath as we had no bathroom in our house and mum had 15 children.
Plus when I was a teenager I went roller skating there and go to their dances.
It was a wonderful place for us teenagers.
It is a shame the kids of today don't have a place like that, it would keep them out of trouble.
I suppose the council will find money to build houses there when it is pulled down.
It makes me want to cry.
