Wirral's recycling fiasco

AFTER recently moving house I discovered there was no grey recycling bin at the property.

I emailed Wirral Streetscene and requested a recycling bin only to be told I would have to purchase the bin for a sum of £38.

Quite ironic when the majority of brown garden waste bins are being collected from properties who refuse to pay the extortionate charges imposed by Wirral Council, only to be shredded.

So much for encouraging us to recycle (I think not).

New to the neighborhood, make sure you are registered to vote, and remember what barmy Council you are dealing with, and vote accordingly.

Check if your particular Councillor has been in office for any length of time, if its over five years, vote for someone else.

"Pick a New Face" not a Political Party, we have 60 something Councilors across all the parties, not one of which is worth a carrot, collectively they have all contributed to gaining the Title of the Worst Managed and Governed Local Authority in the Entire British Isles.
