Right to flag up flaws in Government's 'friends and family' hospital survey

YOUR correspondent G Barlow is absolutely right to flag up the flaws in the Government's much-criticised 'Friends and Family' hospital survey.
It is clear to me the Tories are doing their best to undermine public satisfaction with the NHS so that they can break it up, privatise it and put profits before patient care.
It is important we consider the survey in the context of the Coalition's 'reorganisation’ of the NHS – on which they squandered £3 billion.
A&E waiting times are at a nine-year high, and more than 4,000 nurses have been cut under the Coalition Government; 1,119 of these were in the North West.
David Cameron has broken his promises on the NHS and patients are paying the price.
Last year the Coalition passed a bill that is now privatising the NHS. We know it and they know it.
It is vital that we value our NHS hospitals and stand up against this reckless agenda before it is too late.
Margaret Greenwood, Labour Party Parliamentary Candidate for Wirral West.
