Try to use your local butcher

SURELY now is the time to try out your local butcher who knows exactly where his meat is sourced.
His meat pies, burgers, black puddings and sausages will contain only the ingredients that they should and not sundry bits of horse or anything else that we don't want.
One can buy exactly the amount that one requires, as the meat is not prepacked, so one can probably save money too.
I would like to say the same about fish shops but, sadly, they are very few and far between these days.
