I WOULD like to thank all the honest staff of the Cherry Orchard pub, near Landican cemetery, who made sure I received my bag back after I mindlessly left it behind last week.
I was very touched by their integrity, as the purse contained more than £120 cash that could have easily been taken.
It was very reassuring to know that there are still lots of honest people here in Wirral, despite what the media might claim.
