ON bank holiday Monday, my husband and I went to Harrison Drive to see the Tall Ships.
We went to sit on the embankment but I banged my head, gashed and fractured my knee.
When I fell there were a group of nurses cycling by who came to my rescue.
I would like to thank all those lovely people, the ambulance crew, not to mention the staff at Arrowe Park Hospital, A&E, the doctors and everyone involved.
I was in ward 11, bay 19 for four days and I couldn’t have been treated any better. I can’t thank them enough.
J Forfar, Bromborough.
