NOW that the weather has been clear for the last few weeks, vast amounts of pollution from the gas extraction rig in the Irish Sea can be seen to be filling the sky.
We normally don't see this pollution as the weather is usually cloudy or the atmosphere to hazy.
Great Britain vilifies many "third world" countries or producing such dangerous levels of pollution, we should be leading by example.
The motorist is blamed for clogging up our cities with toxic fumes yet this rig is pouring put probably thousands of tons of filth per year and nobody does anything about it, is it because we are in the north and a case of out of site, out of mind.
There must be a cleaner way of extracting this product that will allow the people around here to breath cleaner air.
