AS a Liscard resident, I have experienced first-hand the worrying rise in anti-social behaviour across the area.
As the Globe reported, the discovery of a burnt-out car in Guildford Street found by police officers after a cash in transit robbery is really frightening for pensioners like myself.
I am glad that my local councillor, Janette Williamson, has called a public meeting with our Police Commissioner Jane Kennedy to talk about what Merseyside police is doing to combat the issues we face here in Liscard - and keeping people safe should be the number one priority.
I know the Globe got the opportunity to speak to the Home Secretary on her flying visit to Wirral recently, but I would like to know what she is doing to tackle the issue in relation to crucial police funding which has clearly been cut since the Tories came to power in 2010.
Surely she should face the music?
