Note to Wirral Council: 'You're here to serve us'
THE People's Republic of Wirral has decided that residents are to pay for parking in New Brighton and up to Harrison Drive.
The people in Wirral already pay road tax, Council Tax, Mersey Tunnel fees and now parking fees on OUR promenade.
At the same time they are increasing the Council Tax.
This Labour-controlled council should stand aside if they are unable to manage Wirral without skinning us alive and making the borough a less desirable place to live.
They are in office to serve us and improve our lot - not demonise us.
