MY husband I went to join my friends at an Indian restaurant.
One of our two friends waited outside the restaurant to tell us where we could park.
After parking the car, I noticed that my purse was not in my handbag and I thought I must have left it at home.
When we got to the restaurant, our friends had my purse.
A gentleman had seen it on the pavement and went in to ask if someone had been outside and dropped it.
My friends looked in the purse to check the name on the cards and confirmed that it was mine.
I was not there to thank the gentleman for his honesty and kindness and I do not know his name.
It is a good feeling when a stranger does a good turn for you.
