Signs aren't complementary
I AM most obliged to Mr Buckenham for pointing out that the V for Victory signs I sometimes receive from boy racers as they overtake are not always complementary.
Also that by responding to them I am in fact breaking the law.
It is a fact of life that many of us in our mid 80s are not au fait with modern social mores.
Therefore, I appreciate any useful advice and guidance on offer.
